New graphics and sound effects!

This update adds a voice to the ninja,
turns down the volume of the music a bit,
and introduces new graphics for the ground floors,
courtesy of Locus-motion.

By doing so, the difficulty has also been lowered a bit
and the graphics for the ground floors have improved a lot!
